- Rank is against every rated race at the same distance. Thin evidence means few sources, so treat that score as provisional.
- "Usually" is the month the race normally runs. "Edition" is the next edition when its date is announced, otherwise the last one held.
- Only races running as normal are listed. Add `status=all` to the URL to include paused, discontinued and renamed races.
