Jean-Louis Verdier · 2023
Verdier was surprised by roughly 1,000 m of bike climbing and run sections resembling trail running. He praises the simple, friendly organization and found the event affordable as an early-season outing; his race day was sunny and windy.
Source context and limitations
First-person 2023 DiaoulMan account published as three original slides by the athlete’s SCO Angers club. These are historical long-course observations with no complete run measurement. Current announced 2027 legs differ, so the older distances, price judgment and weather are not current guarantees. This is the Pontivy triathlon account, not a similarly labeled duathlon or a claim to have raced in 2026.
