During a historical visit, Luanne admired the brick fort’s architecture.
Perspective: course preview outside the race; race-day execution is not established. A historical outside-race guest travel account published in June 2009 on a local tourism blog linked to vacation rentals. Luanne explicitly describes visiting inside and outside Fort Morgan; only her admiration of the brick fort's architecture is retained. Her actual visit date, particular exterior viewpoint and direct affiliations are unknown. The exact current race primary and its Key Locations page name Fort Morgan State Historic Site as the proposed finish, but the main listing explicitly says the race is only being explored and that course and details may change.
