Paul (pickupthepacepaul) · 2026
Paul liked the sheltered event village, unqueued toilets and frequent water. Repeated loops and other race distances kept the course lively, and many runners stayed with his pace group. Some distance markers near turnarounds were confusing, but he was pleased with the group’s finish.
Source context and limitations
A 2026 full-marathon account by an official pacer who also organized the event’s pace team, an affiliation that may shape the assessment. He says the course changed to repeated loops that year. Marker issues are his observation, and current route or services may differ. His hotel and meal choices were personal.
