Santanu · 2026
Santanu praised frequent water stations but found the delayed, foggy start, sandy village roads and sharp turns difficult. Motorcycles and rickshaws complicated the final stretch into town. He enjoyed encouraging two first-time marathoners and finished tired but satisfied.
Source context and limitations
A 2026 full-marathon account by Santanu. A running friend privately arranged accommodation at an Army guesthouse; this was not a normal race lodging benefit. His traffic and start observations concern that edition. Personal performance and meal preferences are not general service ratings.
