  Source context and limitations

Perspective: race volunteer; this is not a finisher review. An organizer-side marshal perspective from the 2025 event, reported in a promotional fitness-magazine profile. Billah’s views are paraphrased by the publisher rather than quoted directly, and attendance has not been independently verified. His event-management affiliation and the profile’s positive framing limit independence. This is not a runner’s full-marathon review or evidence of current service quality.
