Reports and event feedback

Allison (Running for Unicorns) · 2024
Allison enjoyed the peaceful wooded path and bridge views at this small, casual marathon. She found the repeated out-and-back mentally difficult and wished she had used the extra bottled water provided along the route. She was pleased with her finish despite tiring late.
Source context and limitations
A May 2024 full-marathon account from an experienced runner who had raced Boston less than three weeks earlier. Fatigue and hydration choices affected her day. Casual start arrangements and aid observations are historical; current procedures may differ. She promotes a discount for another race, but states no gifted Ohiopyle entry or organizer affiliation.
