Karen and Emily (Somewhere In Arkansas)
A regular walker writing for Somewhere In Arkansas enjoys Two Rivers’ paved trails through fields and woods, especially the open-field view toward Pinnacle Mountain. The account also notes shared bicycle traffic and highway noise in parts of the park.
Source context and limitations
Perspective: course preview outside the race; race-day execution is not established. Undated outside-race walking context from a travel article first published in 2020 and updated in 2025, concerning the paved Two Rivers Park paths used by the current mapped route. The exact visit dates and race-day route in earlier editions are unknown; the map was stored in October 2026. This does not assess the repeated marathon, aid, staffing or current conditions. No race-organizer affiliation is stated.
