  Ritvik Nag · 2024

Nag found his first trail half at New River Gorge Wilds both brutal and enjoyable. Climbs, descents and uneven footing demanded constant attention and made road-race pace comparisons unhelpful. He was glad he had brought an energy gel and finished in 1:50:03, reporting third overall.
