  Nicola Gildersleeve · 2010

Gildersleeve loved the technical Diamond Trail section and the variety of flats, descents, hills and stairs in her 10km race. Costumes and encouraging other runners added to the fun, and she was pleased with her finish.

  Source context and limitations

A 2010 10km participant's report. Gildersleeve explicitly identifies her partner as that edition's race director, so her enthusiastic recommendation has a personal organizer connection. This is historical shorter-distance context, not a full-marathon review. Management and routes may have changed; the current organizer also publishes 2026 detours affecting the longer races.
