    After finishing the team challenge, Sjors values helping friends through the course. Another participant stresses how technique saves strength compared with attempting the obstacles unprepared. The report also records an organizer closing a river obstacle later that day as wind and current increased.

  • The organizer and actual entry confirm 25 April 2026, with adult-eligible 5/7 km technical survivalrun options and KSR/BSR competition. Normal recreational entry begins at 15; a 5 km group may include ages 12–14 with at least one adult 18+, and groups have at most ten. Only the BSR is explicitly labeled 7 km in the booking; exact KSR length remains unconfirmed.
  • Light/heavy recreational variants differ in arm-strength requirements and obstacle execution.
