The substantive participant describes it as their hardest obstacle race and strongly recommends it. Exact raced distances and unchanged historical course are unverified. These scores concern the historical Rudolstadt winter-race family, not today’s Oberhof event. This is brief 2017/2018 historical platform feedback with mostly score-only cards, unknown individual distances and unverified participant identities; it is not a detailed course audit or a review of Oberhof.   • Historical Rudolstadt winter-race listing. The actual main-race timetable confirms Saturday 2 December 2023; HDsports’ Friday 1 December entry is not used as the race date. The organizer’s historical press reference describes 24 km, while later platform material says 23 km; exact 2023 length is unverified.
  • The current organizer calendar only lists Oberhof, and HDsports says Rudolstadt is no longer held. No future Rudolstadt date or exact permanent-retirement date is independently confirmed. Historical winter-race ratings are not copied to Oberhof or Sprint at Night. The 2023 timetable retains unrelated summer-event introductory wording, so its Hainberg venue reference is not assigned to Rudolstadt. Exact historical start/finish remains unverified; only the explicitly dated winter schedule is used.
