Accounts criticize queues, shared laps and, in 2025, bib collection and obstacle provision; others enjoy the course despite finding it less demanding than expected.     Hannes (Laufhannes) · 2011

    Hannes finishes the two-lap 20 km event in 1:58:28 and enjoys the mud and physical effort, but finds several advertised obstacles milder than expected. His quieter second lap loses atmosphere before queues and overlapping runners build up. He uses a helper’s hand to leave the deep mud.

    Complete original main first-person report and displayed race result: raced 17 April 2011, published 18 April. This is an earlier Nürburgring layout, not the 2025 Müllenbach course. His relatively early start position affects queue experience. Commenters’ congratulations and attendance-unverified opinions are not additional participant units. The linked separate criticism and 2012 reports remain unread; no numerical score is inferred.

  • The organizer archive confirms 10 May 2025 and the first use of the Müllenbachschleife within the Nürburgring site. Earlier StrongmanRun editions used different layouts; the series first used the Hotfoot name here on 6 May 2023.
  • Distances varied by year: the 2011 participant account records 20 km, while the 2025 event report describes 6/8/12/24 km options without identifying its team’s actual distance. No future Nürburgring date is established. The later Bad Hönningen venue is a separate family.
