What racers say

  • Steffi — 10 November 2019 Mühlberg 17 km account ↗

Steffi, published by Ron Prinzlau / MC Pirate · 2019

Steffi enjoys the challenging hilly cross-country route while finding the obstacles relatively simple. She describes cold water, two refreshment stops, the climb to Burg Gleichen, a fall on the slide and a satisfied muddy finish.

Complete signed original narrative through the conclusion read, with original header publication 20 November 2019 and body explicitly dating the 10 November outing and nominal 17 km entry. Reported 3:18 finish is not an independent result or proof of all obstacles. Course and longer-distance options differ from current advertisements; no 2026 route measurement or unchanged logistics inferred. MC Pirate has team/sportswear retail and sponsor links, with entry funding unstated. Raw profanity, medical interpretations, unrelated archives, photos and generic shoe/training advice are excluded. No numerical score or Fryheit/Halle transfer.

  • X-Runners — 27 October 2024 elite 17 km club report ↗

    Jürgen / X-Runners · 2024

The club enjoys a demanding seventeen-kilometre course over two castle climbs and celebrates a lively shared outing, thanking the organizer for its work. The report describes muddy obstacles and teammates adjusting their pace after the opening kilometres.

Complete original team report and conclusion read, explicitly raced 27 October 2024 in elite 17 km. The reported 700 m elevation and obstacle totals are not independent measurements, and placements/times are not satisfaction scores or verified every-obstacle finishes. Sponsor Patric Schaudt is explicitly thanked for paying all entry fees. Six runners, supporters and repeated club voices are one collective source, not independent athlete counts. Personal medical/diet/age details and media are excluded. No numerical rating or assessment of the later 2026 course.

Legend of Cross
  • The dated organizer programme advertises 31 October–1 November 2026 at Sportplatz Mühlberg: Supersprint on Saturday and adult 10/17/30 km on Sunday. Junior, Special Cross and Sloppy Race also appear, but their child/other roles are not assumed to be adult main distances. Counts and elevation are advertisements, not measurements.
  • Clan of Cross is a team classification for five or more people, potentially across different distances, not necessarily a relay or another physical course. The longer course’s Wechmar reservoir is not the start/finish. The separate Fryheit venue and its later date do not inherit this score.
  • The native URL helbing-king-of-cross names Mühlberg and has one anonymous 4.5/5 card posted in November 2017. The deceptively similar legend-of-cross URL instead names Iron Race Halle and is not used here. Posting/edit dates do not verify the raced edition or assess the advertised 2026 route.
