What racers say

  • Leon Kofoed — actual 2024 short, standard and relay recap ↗

    Leon Kofoed · 2024

Likes the varied technical obstacles and mountain setting, finds the running difficult, and calls the late standard-course entry expensive. He also describes frustrating relay penalties and slippery obstacles.

Published 9 June, modified 21 June; the imagined wishful opening is explicitly excluded. Only the text after the author says the opening did not happen supplies raced feedback. Original programme verifies Fondo Grande and 14/15/16 June disciplines. The €195 last-minute entry is self-reported and not a current price. Judging and band-cut criticism is an individual allegation, not an adjudicated ruling. Professional athlete and coach; promotes his own programmes/Patreon. Entry and travel funding are unstated unless separately disclosed. Repeated accounts by this author are not independent athletes. No numerical score is inferred from the narrative.

  • The original programme locates the event at Fondo Grande, four kilometres from Folgaria. The programme window is 12–16 June 2024; the short, standard and team races are scheduled for 14, 15 and 16 June respectively. Separate youth/para categories do not become extra venue families.
  • The organizer gives a nominal 8 km relay; a secondary athlete result label saying 9 km is not used to correct the programme. Leon’s article was published 9 June but modified 21 June and contains an explicitly imagined opening recap before the real account. Only the actual raced narrative is accepted. Historical venue family. No present operation, future date, unchanged route or event-specific numerical rating on a stated scale is established. Organizer retrospectives and finishing positions are not satisfaction scores.
