The linked original running programme and rules explicitly locate 18 July 2026 at Parque Urbano Radial de Santiago. The next day’s original Ninja programme and updated final rules name the same park. These running and timed final formats share one venue family, separate from historical Fórum de Viseu.
The running webpage describes 9 km but labels categories FUN 5K and Elite 10K; the linked rules say 8 km for both. No measured length or corrected single distance is inferred. Elite is 16+. The 19 July OCR Ninja semifinal/final is invitation-only for qualifiers, with its own running length unstated.
Physical page 2 of the final rules is visibly marked ALTERADO and retains an unannounced venue and older qualification scheme. Replacement page 3 supplies Santiago and a revised single qualifying stage after Leiria’s postponement. Actual occurrence/results, precise route maps and a future unchanged edition remain unverified.
