  • Historical HDsports participant feedback ↗

    Named and anonymous HDsports contributors

A 2018 contributor praises the course and obstacles but says little finish food remained for slower participants despite the entry fee. The other historical card supplies a score without a detailed narrative.

  • Wacken 2016 ↗

    Thorge Nicolaisen / TSV Goldebek · 2016

The club’s first Wacken outing is a demanding but enjoyable rural mud-and-obstacle adventure. Thorge describes two 10 km laps with water, climbs and mud, finishing in 2:28:07. The report lists both longer-course finishers and one 10 km participant.

Complete original collective first-person account. Its body says Saturday 16.03.2026, conflicting with the Wacken 2016 title and organizer-confirmed premiere on 16 April 2016; that typo is not silently accepted as a 2026 event. A runner named at the start is absent from the finish list, so no all-starters-finished claim is made. One account, not an independent review per listed runner; no score.

  • The organizer records the Wacken premiere on 16 April 2016, another edition on 17 June 2017 and the last Wacken event on 9 June 2018. No future Wacken edition is announced.
  • The original 2016 club account describes a two-lap 20 km course and also lists one 10 km participant. Its body contains a conflicting March 2026 date; the title and original organizer archive identify the account as 2016. Historical course and refreshment experiences are not current promises.
