    Van Hees enjoys a relaxed beginner-friendly course around the Radboud sports centre and campus, with archery, chopping and simple climbing tasks. He finds officials lenient about retaining bracelets and thinks advanced runners may want more challenge.

    Complete original first-person club account, published 8 October 2019, explicitly describing a Monday-evening 20 May outing and actual 7 km. His collective statement that all club runners keep their bracelets is not multiple independent reviews. The old 7 km course is not silently relabeled as the current 5/8 km programme. Recommended is textual and Z/T1 difficulty. Exact finish time unstated; no numerical score or compensation disclosure.
