- Adegem 11 km MSR — 17 November 2019 ↗
Jesse van Oort · 2019
Van Oort finishes the 11 km MSR with his bracelet and enjoys varied river-crossing and swinging obstacles, supportive volunteers and refreshments. He finds the course very demanding on his arms. He thinks easier recreational variants omit some of its most enjoyable obstacles.
Complete original signed first-person club account, published 25 November 2019. His actual race is the 11 km competition course, not the recreational 7/10 km routes he discusses partly through companions. He notes poor preparation after social events and help from a friend. Highly Recommended is textual recommendation; A3 is difficulty, not a letter grade or star score. Club affiliation explicit, compensation unknown.

Marijn Webers · 2018
Webers describes a progressively exhausting 11 km race with river crossings and repeated climbing combinations. After eight failed attempts he surrenders his bracelet, continues to the finish and enjoys the final obstacle, teammates’ encouragement and a warm shower.
Complete original first-person report, published by the federation on 1 December 2018 and explicitly describing 18 November. He does not clear every obstacle: finishing without his bracelet is retained. Team den Oks membership and federation selection are explicit. No finish time or numerical overall rating; other teammates are not extra independently read accounts.
- The organizer and dated registration confirm 22 November 2026. Current adult-eligible courses are 7, 10, 11 and 17 km, rather than the federation calendar’s rounded 7/10/18 km. The separate kids, youth-only and school-only classes are excluded.
- Basic solo starts at 18; Basic pairs/groups allow age 12+ with adult accompaniment below 18. The 10 km pair/group options start at 15 with adult accompaniment below 18, while solo and the 11/17 km open courses require 18. MSR/LSR competition requires a licence. Technical requirements differ by category.
- Historical reports distinguish full competition obstacles from easier recreational variants. Finishing after surrendering an obstacle bracelet is not the same as clearing every obstacle. No numerical satisfaction rating is established.
