After two training sessions, Carlijn enjoys her first club run despite rain, mud and cold water. She appreciates help from a teammate and bystanders, finds relatively little waiting apart from a rope swing, and enjoys the historical kayak component.
Complete original first-person club account signed Carlijn; Isabella Canavan is the publishing account. Published 15 October 2019 with the actual 28 September / 6 km table. Exact finish time and complete bracelet finish are unstated. Historical river/kayak course is not a promise of the later Science Park layout. Recommended is textual; Z is difficulty, not a numerical or letter rating. Club affiliation explicit, compensation unknown.

The organizer and dated registration confirm 2 May 2026. Adult entries require age 16+. The 6 km course has solo, pair and team options; 10 km has recreational solo/pair and a heavy competition course requiring federation membership. Dedicated youth-only events are excluded.
The organizer competition card says 10 km in its heading and 13 km in its body. The dated registration explicitly calls the actual heavy competition course 10 km, so a separate 13 km option is not invented. The federation next lists 18 April 2027, but the individually read organizer programme remains 2026.
Historical 2019 river and kayak observations are separate from the current Science Park venue description. A future date does not establish an unchanged route. No numerical rating is established.
