  • The complete original interview with the organizing team, credited to Tiffany and published by BusinessGhana on 11 April 2019, announces 27 April at Teshie Military Academy next to the Kofi Annan Centre: 5 km and over twenty-five obstacles, including walls, nets and crawls. Competitive and fun waves are one event family.
  • Its proposed October 10 km and December night dates were explicitly provisional and are not substituted for this verified April programme. The old organizer website is currently inaccessible; current operation, course continuity and a numerical quality score remain unverified. Organizer promotion and an ambassador’s congratulations are not athlete reviews.
