  • The organizer advertises this 2027 programme and says entries open 1 November 2026. It is an announcement, not proof that the future event has occurred.
  • The organizer explicitly describes the advertised distance as equivalent in time/effort to a flat cross-country course. Terrain and obstacles can make the physical route shorter; exact measured distance is unverified.
  • Adult individual, Family and Tough Gal Team entries are separately named organizer programmes with different eligibility/team rules. They are listed separately at the same physical venue; no feedback or score is shared between them. Junior and secondary-school programmes are separate.
  • The family entry explicitly includes adults aged 18+ and children aged 5–17 in teams of two to five, with specified adult/child combinations and a maximum one-adult-to-three-children ratio. It is not a children-only race or the adult 6/12 km programme.
  • This family programme awards participation medals/spot prizes without merit prizes. Its advertised 3 km is an effort-equivalent class, not an independently measured distance.
