  • The organizer advertises this 2027 programme and says entries open 1 November 2026. It is an announcement, not proof that the future event has occurred.
  • The organizer explicitly describes the advertised distance as equivalent in time/effort to a flat cross-country course. Terrain and obstacles can make the physical route shorter; exact measured distance is unverified.
  • Adult individual, Family and Tough Gal Team entries are separately named organizer programmes with different eligibility/team rules. They are listed separately at the same physical venue; no feedback or score is shared between them. Junior and secondary-school programmes are separate.
  • Individual entries are advertised for ages 13+. A mixed team challenge uses the 6 km-class course and combined placings; results and team points are not satisfaction ratings.
  • The current obstacle rules allow a participant to bypass an obstacle they cannot attempt/complete, but that removes podium eligibility; skipping merely to avoid a queue is prohibited. Historical school accounts mentioning electric fences do not describe the current organizer’s non-electrified obstacles.
