Wichita Gladiator Dash 2023: first-visit participant report ↗
Evan Perperis, OCR Buddy · 2023
Perperis enjoyed the accessible park location, ample parking, unusual truck/dumpster obstacles and water crossings. He considers the course less technical and suitable for beginners, and especially praises the festival-area finish.
Complete original first-person narrative and conclusion read. Published 21 June 2023; exact raced day and entered division are not explicit. The account describes approximately three miles at Sedgwick Park in Wichita, not an independently measured current 5 km route. Its discussion of elite perks does not verify that he entered that wave. An experienced OCR participant’s historical perspective, not representative sampling or confirmation of 2027 obstacles/logistics. The commercial publisher/app is promoted; gifted entry or compensation is unverified. No numerical overall score is supplied.

Primary-confirmed 2027 date and advertised 5 km/20+ obstacles. This is distinct from the similarly named Gladiator Dash in Bryan, Texas.
