Athlete feedback and reports

  • Johor 2025 — named participant interviews in Malay ↗

Yuliyanto, Dzulhilmi Ali and Ludovic Guyonvarch, interviewed by Remar Nordin for Berita Harian · 2025

Yuliyanto values the team experience and hopes to return. Dzulhilmi Ali finds Viper relatively affordable and enjoys tackling obstacles with friends and family. Ludovic Guyonvarch describes finishing the 21 km elite race; his favorite earlier Viper experience was a different Selangor event.

Complete relevant original Malay article and interview exchange read, published 6 September 2025 about the August Puteri Harbour event. This is a paraphrase with translation uncertainty, not a quoted numerical assessment. Yuliyanto and Dzulhilmi’s entered distances and finishes are unstated; Ludovic explicitly identifies 21 km, while his placement is a result rather than a score. One containing journalistic source, not multiple independent reports. Club affiliations and selected speaker/photo provenance are retained; entry funding and selection independence are unknown. Mike Dyer’s participation and general Johor tourism comments are not course feedback. Separate Gunung Arong trail interviews and organizer/tourism claims are excluded.

  • The hosted Ticket2u programme advertises 23–24 August 2025 and adult 7/12/21 km plus a separate children’s programme. The independently read Berita Harian original, published 6 September 2025, identifies Puteri Harbour and named participants. No venue fact is taken from the refused UEM Sunrise page.
  • The article’s tourism plans and participants’ wish to return do not establish a 2026 date. Historical Sunway/Medini outings and other Johor courses are not silently merged with Puteri Harbour.
  • This is a historical advertised programme. No future edition, unchanged route or verified measured distance is asserted.
