• War-X, Thurman, 28 June 2025: published author grade ↗

  Kevin “Mudman” LaPlatney · 2025

The participant publishes an overall grade of A, without explaining the reasons in writing.

All original post text and its linked memorabilia photo read. One brief participant grade with no detailed written explanation. The participation index records an elite result on 28 June 2025; actual historical course distance is unverified. The grade does not assess the announced 2027 course. Same author as other Mudman entries. Letter-grade thresholds are undefined; the blog carries race/gear discount codes and advertising offers, with compensation unverified.

• War-X: organizer-selected athlete testimonials ↗

Eight short quotes selected by War-X

The selected quotes praise demanding terrain, distinctive obstacles, event production, course marking and finisher items. Several writers say they would return or recommend the experience.

All eight short organizer-selected quotes read in full. Names are partial or aliases; years and actual raced distances are not supplied. One writer, The Compound OCR, says they build courses as well as race. These are positively selected historical testimonials, not an independent survey or eight separately verified athletes. The page is counted once; its repeated Adam L. quote on the About page is not another source. No numerical score inferred.
