    Katjana Quest-Altrogge · 2017

Quest-Altrogge found the event relaxed and welcoming for participants and thanked the organizing team and helpers. She also recalls her first Lipperland start at its second edition in 1985.

    Source context and limitations

Firsthand personal thank-you note dated 2 July 2017, publicly selected and posted by the Lipperland organizer. Historical Heiden event context with distance unstated; the modern event has returned to open-water racing, so the note does not establish today’s route or venue arrangements. Organizer selection is explicit, rather than an independently collected review.
