Source context and limitations
Community opinion; participation and firsthand experience are not established. Two brief attributed community comments beneath the organizer’s final-round recap, dated February 23, 2026. Attendance, firsthand participation and entered distances are not established; the edition year is left unassigned because the recap does not explicitly state it. The comments concern the historical February Frozen Hare 2 festival, not December Frozen Hare or November Harvest Hare. Weather is a personal historical impression, not a forecast or safety assessment. This containing page counts as one source URL.
