Community opinion; participation and firsthand experience are not established. An affiliated organizer’s planning opinion recorded in Jackson city-council minutes from May 2017, mainly about the youth component of the Tri For Health family. The speaker’s own racing or onsite attendance was not established. This is historical event context, rather than an adult-course review or a present safety assurance. The discussion concerned proposed June 2017 arrangements; implementation and unchanged later arrangements were not verified. The current organizer lists a combined youth/adult event in 2026. No numerical rating is assigned.
