    Sara Groban · 2025

Sara Groban found swimming difficult at her first triathlon and described personal transition mistakes: forgetting her helmet and missing the bike exit. She was proud of completing the race with friends.

A firsthand November 9, 2025 account from the Goodyear edition. The caption uses a Sprint hashtag but does not identify the Short or Super Sprint variant. The 2026 event has a new Avondale venue, so this remains historical event context. Her helmet and exit mistakes are personal experiences, not proof of deficient marking or current transition organization.
