- Arizona and ASU racers discuss the Cactus Cup format ↗
Unnamed University of Arizona and Arizona State racers / Game On Live Studio
In separate post-race interviews, Arizona racers described a challenging but fun day of preliminaries, finals and relays, emphasizing teamwork. ASU racers liked the exciting format and repeated opportunities to practice transitions and other skills, and enjoyed competing with their teammates.
Two complete, self-contained team interviews at 3:37:00–3:38:22 and 3:38:48–3:40:25 were read; the whole broadcast was not reviewed. Interviewees are not individually named. The broadcast title and livestream date say October 2026, but a closing auto-caption references 2024, so the actual edition remains unverified. This is context for a varied-distance collegiate format, with team affiliations disclosed; no current conditions or race-service assessment is inferred.
