  • Pirate Triathlon 2024: a kayak-division athlete’s review ↗

    Scott O · 2024

Scott enjoyed the organization, shirts and medals, and a fast bike ride. He described challenging waves during the paddle and preferred a different allocation of overall and age-group trophies.

This is explicitly a kayak/bike/run account from the 2024 Lake Metroparks event, offered alongside its swim triathlon. It is event context, not a swim review or a score for the swim/bike/run division. Conditions and award arrangements are historical. The author’s profile discloses gear-brand affiliations; no event-specific compensation is stated.
