What racers say
- Summer Sizzler sprint: a fast course with a slow packet queue ↗
The Banter · 2011
The racer enjoyed a fast, flat bike and run and was delighted with his performance. He found packet pickup slow and the swim weedy and crowded, but still described the day positively.
2011 Summer Sizzler sprint on the Niagara River: reported roughly 400-yard swim, advertised 17 km bike and 3 km run, with personal GPS differences. Historical sprint experience; current distances and operations may differ. This is separate from the youth Howl on the Niagara race.
