    Holger Ponert · 2024

Ponert describes a45-minute wait as slower swimmers started first with only two per lane. He found the two-lap bike and run hilly, but praises the event as successful and family-like.

    Source context and limitations

Participant-authored 2024 Trianhas club report written in the third person. Holger Ponert is both named racer and bylined writer; his companion’s separate role as a race official is not confused with racing. Pool-start logistics and route observations concern the inaugural edition.
