Source context and limitations
Perspective: spectator; this is not a finisher review. August 2005 Tall City Triathlon predecessor context, before the 2023 Rock the Rind relaunch. The writer watched and cheered for her husband rather than racing. Historical layout, traffic control, music and children’s programming do not establish the current operator’s services or course. Complete leg distances are unstated. An unrelated Odessa complaint and a third-party confrontation are excluded.
