Princeton Triathlon: a supersprint participant returns to volunteer ↗
Sonya Keaney, interviewed by Nathan Bansal and Kelly Cenci · 2025
Keaney enjoyed racing the inaugural supersprint and returned to volunteer the following year, helping with the bike course and getting people into lines.
Source context and limitations
Historical supersprint participant account, with a separate 2026 volunteer recollection, published in the organizing school’s newspaper. This brief positive experience is event context; it does not assess the longer sprint added in 2026 or establish the selected 2027 course. The interviewee volunteered for the organizing team the following year, so this is an affiliated perspective.
