  • A swimmer recalled learning to love swimming at the college pool ↗

Jenna Bridges, quoted by Jean Gordon (Rutherford Weekly)

Jenna Bridges recalled learning to love swimming at Isothermal Community College’s pool.

    Source context and limitations

Perspective: course preview outside the race; race-day execution is not established. A former Rutherford County Swim Team swimmer’s historical recollection, published in a March 2023 interview. Her actual swimming years are unverified. This is an affectionate personal association with the indoor college pool planned for the triathlon, not an assessment of its physical condition, current availability or race services. The journalist selected the quotation, and the swim team also republished it; those versions remain one account. Coaching praise, campus impressions, other races, personal biography and medical details are excluded. No triathlon participation or held edition is claimed; the event remains postponed without a confirmed replacement date.
