Reports and event feedback

  • A TORC worker reflected on the effort behind the race ↗

    Alena Croy

Alena reflected on the many decisions and hours she put into TORC and said the recognition after that year’s race made the work feel worthwhile.

    Source context and limitations

Perspective: event staff; this affiliated account is not an independent participant review. An affiliated event worker’s complete original retrospective, displayed September 16, describes her own work championing TORC since its first year. Her exact job title is not established. The raced edition and division remain unknown. Her pride and effort are personal staff reflections; her aspirations for safety and welcome are not independently verified outcomes. The linked magazine award is not independently checked or used as athlete consensus. The complete caption, ten loaded comments and the selected author reply were read; the entire 18-comment thread was not read. A commenter praising attention to detail is acknowledged by the author as a contributor, so that reply is not presented as an independent athlete review.
