    Raced 2009 · I Swim Bike Run

    Tone: Mixed

The local athlete enjoyed the 2009 event, clearer swim navigation and a personal best. He also criticized crowded bike racks, displaced gear, body-marking queues and missing bike numbers under USA Productions. His borrowed wheels are disclosed; those historical organization problems are not presented as current failures.

Raced 2006 · Prognostications and other thoughts

    Tone: Mixed

Twain completed the historical 1.21 km (0.75 mi) swim, 25.7 km (16 mi) bike and 8.05 km (5 mi) run. The comfortable swim lifted his mood, but traffic interrupted the bike and heavy rain made descents cautious. He still enjoyed the shorter race; this does not establish current traffic management.
