Over 20 minutes faster than his 2018 attempt in the 29 August 2021 race (1:13:13, 118th of 441). Swam 400 m (437 yd) with a staggered start and volunteer length counters, rode three campus-and-lane laps with about 30 m (98 ft) of climbing each and tight bends with bollards, then ran 5 km (3.1 mi). Called it well organised, friendly and accessible; only miss was no finisher goody bag.
