    Jenn Collins · 2024

Collins enjoys Scuppernong’s wide trails, varied footing and spaced-out rolling hills, with occasional rocks and roots to watch for.

    Source context and limitations

Perspective: course preview outside the race; race-day execution is not established. Outside-race trail perspective published in December 2024. Among the Trees explicitly starts on Scuppernong’s Green Loop before continuing on the Ice Age Trail. Collins reviews the public trail system, not this event or its full route; her opinion does not establish race-day conditions, support or an ultra finish. The same underlying trail account also provides context for Prickly Pine.
