    Marcus Barton · 2026

Marcus praised the small field’s thoughtful organization, personal atmosphere and mutual encouragement. He liked the singletrack, found the uneven pasture demanding and described rain making the later laps very slippery. His crew’s support mattered throughout.

    Source context and limitations

A firsthand April 2026 backyard-race report, with a reported 79.8-mile win. Course and weather impressions belong to that edition. Marcus also coached the friend who invited him and includes product links; no independent sponsorship claim is inferred.
