    Robyn Ross

Robyn enjoyed the quiet, pine-shaded stretches of Lake Bastrop’s North-South Trailway and the softer footing under fallen pine needles.

    Source context and limitations

Perspective: course preview outside the race; race-day execution is not established. Historical outside-race course-preview context from a March outing described in an April 2023 travel feature. The future Lost Pines event explicitly uses this same named trailway between South Shore and North Shore parks. Her outing skipped the trail’s first thousand feet and added dam and Buzzard Point detours; those detours and her total hiking distance are not presented as the race route. The assessment concerns shared trailway stretches, with no race participation, service or current-condition claim.
