Big Dave, the Parks Professor
Big Dave found the waterfall’s sights and sound memorable, describing several viewpoints while descending the lower stairs toward the Reflection Pool.
Source context and limitations
Perspective: course preview outside the race; race-day execution is not established. Outside-race course context, not IronHike participation. The account lists hikes in March 2008, April 2014 and May 2023 without assigning every observation to one visit. It covers the lower staircase descent, not the full staircase ascent or repeated endurance laps, current conditions or event support.
