    Carol McCreary · 2026

McCreary enjoyed the Bridge of Glass after dark, describing the illuminated glass artwork and the views as a memorable part of her Tacoma visit.

    Source context and limitations

Perspective: course preview outside the race; race-day execution is not established. Course-landmark context from an April 2026 visit, published May 25. The organizer names the Bridge of Glass on Grit City's downtown loop; this account concerns that pedestrian crossing, not participation in the ultra, the full loop, repeated laps, race support or current conditions. The exact race alignment beyond the named landmark was not established.
