    Community opinion; participation and firsthand experience are not established. Historical community cycling context, attributed to Full Circle Cycle owner Fred Hewitt in Kimbra Hennessy’s magazine article. The article reports his recommendation; his own visit and its date are not established. The proposed MileBuilt course uses the park’s paved loop network, but matching it to Hewitt’s two-mile route is an inference: exact shared branches and distance remain unconfirmed. This does not establish a route around the entire lake or assess the complete race course. The ease and scenery descriptions of his separate Eagle’s Nest Park recommendation are excluded.
