The registration names a marked loop at Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve, and its volunteer page specifies a Lineville Road trail crossing. Braun identifies a Lineville Road crossing in the preserve’s south-side Fort Howard area, but her exact assessed walking sections and the race’s particular crossing are unverified. Her account discusses a 2018 revisit and older visits; it does not assess race participation or the planned marked race loop. Exact shared trails, length, direction and present geometry remain unknown.
