    Christine found the Page Rim Trail’s firmer dirt a welcome change after deep sand, enjoyed the views over Lake Powell and Glen Canyon, and found some narrow sections intimidating as daylight faded.

Historical course context from a March 2019 Antelope Canyon race report, not participation in Horseshoe Bend Ultras. The current Horseshoe Bend race guide explicitly includes the same named Page Rim Trail loop; the account is limited to that trail portion. Exact alignment, trail condition and race operations across the two events were not verified. It does not assess today’s safety, weather, aid or the entire Horseshoe Bend course.
