    Source context and limitations

Community opinion; participation and firsthand experience are not established. Attributed outside-race amenity opinion from a local publication writer; personal visit and inspection are unverified. The race explicitly allows use of Cooper's Landing amenities subject to normal operating hours and policies, making the restroom appraisal relevant as limited venue context. The listing does not individually guarantee these indoor facilities or overnight access. Article date and visit date are unknown; renovations and later conditions are not assigned to race day. This is not a course, campsite, race-service, sanitation or accessibility assessment, and no race attendance, completed distance or numerical rating is claimed.
