Marathon
Warnke enjoyed this small local marathon and found the trails technical enough to be interesting. She praised the markings, describing caution tape that stopped a wrong turn when she lost concentration. She also described heat and humidity during her race and appreciated the spring-fed swimming hole afterward.
A personal May 2025 trail-marathon recap. The post also promotes Precision Fuel & Hydration and Injinji and tags a running community; compensation or a formal sponsor relationship is not established. This is historical feedback, not confirmation of later course markings, weather, access or swimming availability. The current organizer page contains a 2026 postponement notice and conflicting later dates, so this account does not establish a confirmed future edition.
